Introducing Humpday's Sexologist and Relationship Advisor - Emily Duncan

Humpday community, we are so excited to introduce you to the wonderful Emily Duncan - Humpday’s resident Relationship Advisor and Sexologist!

Meet Emily

Emily is a Queer cis-gendered Sexologist with an educational background in Counseling, Psychological Science and Sexology and a passion for helping people maximise their sexual wellness and move with confidence in dating and relationships.

Ok great, but what does a Sexologist actually do?

What is a sexologist we hear you asking? A sexologist is somebody who studies human sexuality and behaviour and provides education and tools to support individuals with their sexual health, sexuality, sex life and relationships.

Emily is also the host of That’s Orgasmic - a sex-positive podcast that provides a shame-free perspective on all things sex. Nothing is off-bounds in this uncensored podcast, delving into all the juicy and taboo topics you can imagine. Most importantly, this podcast aims to break down the stigmas surrounding sex and provide the tools to create a liberating sexual experience for everyone. You can also find Emily hosting live podcast shows around Melbourne so keep an eye out!

I’m in, can Emily be my wingwoman?

Emily understands how confusing it can be to navigate dating, intimacy and sexual identity on your own. So she is super excited to come onboard and support the Humpday community in having safe, consensual and fun dating and sexual experiences.

Got a question for Emily?

You will be seeing Emily’s face across Humpday’s socials as we launch our Ask Emily column - your unfiltered opportunity to ask anything you want about dating, relationships, sexual health, sexuality, sex life…nothing is off limits! Emily can’t wait to answer all your spicy questions.

For more from Emily, find her on instagram at @thatsorgasmic or get her in your ears at That’s Orgasmic with Sexologist Emily Duncan.

Love,

Team Humpday xx
